About the role

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for a nationwide project operation. You lead a team of approximately 25 project managers (both in-house and consultants) and ensure that projects are carried out from start to finish - including financial follow-up and invoicing. You drive the development of processes and routines and ensure that the delivery maintains high quality, adheres to timelines and budgets. The projects are varied, ranging from tenant adaptations to maintenance projects and property searches.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and develop the project team with a focus on engagement and work environment.
• Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects - from planning to completion and invoicing.
• Ensure order and clarity in documentation, routines, and processes.
• Prepare decision-making materials and present these at client meetings.
• Quality assure contract documents and ensure that templates and processes are followed.
• Participate in strategic decisions and procurements.
• Deliver at a high pace with a strong work capacity.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in project management within commercial real estate.
• Knowledge of contract law and work environment (Bas-P/U).
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT skills and a valid driver's license (B).
• Higher education and project management training are advantageous.
